摘要: SUMO-specific protease 1 (SENP1) is a member of de-SUMOylation family and has an important role in the regulation androgen receptor-dependent transcription hypoxia signaling. This activity profile SENP1 prompted us to investigate whether involved pathogenesis prostate cancer. In previous studies, we have detected overexpression both precancerous intraepithelial neoplasia (PIN) lesions cancer tissue samples from patients. Whereas our whole-animal model demonstrated that induction critical for cell transformation, progression still unknown. this study, show expression directly correlates with aggressiveness reccurrence, by analyzing more than 150 specimens. Modulating level dictates colony formation lines, tumor growth nude mice also migration invasion. Silencing highly metastatic cells perturbs their ability metastasize bone initiates secondary tumors. Mechanistically, two remodeling proteins, matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP2) MMP9, regulated through HIF1α signaling pathway. All these results contribution cancer, suggest may be prognostic marker therapeutic target metastasis
