摘要: Pt microelectrodes (50 μm diameter) were positioned by means of scanning electrochemical microscopy assisted z-approach curves and in situ modified with nickel tetrasulfonated phthalocyanine tetrasodium salt as electrocatalytic layer for the specific oxidative detection nitric oxide. The thus electrodes then moved over a adherently growing human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) order to amperometrically detect oxide (NO) released from upon stimulation bradykinin. This approach actually takes advantage use SECM define sequential procedure that enables functionalisation tip allowing accurately control separation between functionalised cell population.
