Solution-Phase Synthesis of Single-Crystal CuO Nanoribbons and Nanorings

摘要: A solution-phase route has been developed for the synthesis of single-crystal CuO nanoribbons with widths 10−80 nm, thicknesses 5−20 and lengths ranging from several hundred nanometers to micrometers nanorings diameters 100−300 nm. The were fabricated by reaction CuCl2 NaOH solutions sodium dodecyl benzenesulfonate (SDBS). as-synthesized products characterized powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high-resolution (HRTEM), revealing that had monoclinic structures closed but not simple superposition two ends nanoribbons.
