摘要: Abstract BaBPO 5 :Sm 3+ powder phosphor was prepared by solid-state reaction method and then irradiated with X-rays to investigate effects of radiation on electronic valence states Sm ions. Reduction 2+ occurred the X-ray irradiation :BaBPO . As-prepared X-ray-irradiated show different excitation emission spectra depending exposure time irradiation. It found that reduction after is very efficient be a suitable host for → Sm conversion. The thermal stability, photo-bleaching thermo-luminescence (TL) ions formed were measured. defect structures in have been discussed based experimental results.
