A Special Phase Detector for Magnetic Inductive Measurement of Cerebral Hemorrhage

摘要: Cerebral hemorrhage is an important clinical problem that often monitored and studied with expensive techniques, such as computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), positron emission (PET). These devices are not readily available in economically underdeveloped regions of the world emergency departments zones. The inductive method emerging technology may become a new tool to detect cerebral hemorrhage. In this study, special phase detector (PD) was developed used for detection method. performance indicated PD can achieve noise low 6 m° 4-hour drift 30 at 21.4 MHz. decreased frequency decreased. 10.7 MHz slightly better than other recently systems. To test practicality system, volume change self-made physical model brain. measured shift approximately proportional physiological saline inside model. increased increased. results agreement those from previous reports. verify feasibility vivo detection, autologous blood injection established rabbit group showed similar trend increasing volume. average induced by 3-ml 0.502°±0.119°, which much larger control group. measurement system distinguish minimal 0.5 ml.
