摘要: Type 2 cytokines are usually predominant in tumor patients and associated with progression. To explore whether reversing of type predominance could be a promising strategy immunotherapy, PBMC 35 lung cancer 19 healthy subjects were prepared subjected to examined for cytokine secretion gene expression. Tetra-Methylpyrazine (TTMP), extracted from traditional Chinese medicinal herb which has been used clinic reverse the Th2 status China, was added culture. Determined by RT-PCR, positive percentages mRNA expression 1 (8.6% IFN-gamma 11.4% IL-2) lower than those (71.4% IL-4, 60% IL-6 80% IL-10) patients' PBMCs. The potential expressing (measured as relative intensity ratio beta-actin) also low level (0.111 IFN-gamma, 0.119 comparison high (0.319 0.303 0.377 IL-10). Meanwhile, both percentage cytokine-related transcription factor T-bet (31.4% 0.142, respectively) GATA3 (85.7% 0.378, respectively). blood serum levels IL-2 slightly but not significantly when compared control. In contrast, IL-4 higher ELISA analysis. TTMP enhance supernatant concentration T-bet, reduce cytokines. These results demonstrate that had dominant status, might offer an alternative therapeutic regime patients.
