摘要: Background Gastric cancer (GC) is one of the most common cancers and second leading cause cancer-related death worldwide. Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are associated with GC development progression. However, functional roles underlying mechanism LINC01433 on progression remain elusive. Methods Firstly, expression was examined in 76 pairs primary corresponding adjacent non-tumorous tissues. Next, overexpression knockdown experiments were conducted cells to explore effect malignant behaviors cells. Then, interaction between YAP detected by RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP) pull-down assays. Results We found that significantly upregulated tissues cell lines correlated poor prognosis. Through gain- loss-of-function experiments, we demonstrated promoted proliferation, migration, invasion chemotherapy resistance Further mechanistic investigation revealed could stabilize oncoprotein through enhancing deubiquitinase USP9X YAP. decreased phosphorylation via suppressing YAP-LATS1 association. Intriguingly, directly bound promoter region activated its transcription. Thus, formed a positive feedback loop. Conclusion Collectively, our study demonstrates loop promotes progression, implies LINC01433-YAP may be promising therapeutic target for treatment.
