摘要: Biogenesis of various endogenous opioid peptides, anatomical distribution and the characteristics multiple receptors with which they interact provides an opportunity for understanding role systems mechanism tolerance. Cellular receptor their function is important identification neuronal local network involved in initiation drug action subsequent development adaptations resulting from repeated use. The details concerning discovery progress peptide research brain have been described this review. This review also describes receptors, down regulation, may be one causes tolerance to opioids. Agonist induced regulation recent evidence involvement ubiquitin/proteasome system process has discussed.
