摘要: Abstract We excite surface plasmon in the THz frequency range at a metal using diffraction grating coupler. Then excited propagates along flat surface, scatters into free space sample edge and then couples onto of second device similar to emitting one. Using time-domain spectroscopy, we study propagation its coupling processes time domains. measure length, air–aluminum interface, smaller than expected. report for first high efficiency field between two devices separated by several centimeters-thick air gap.
