摘要: In decision-making processes for urban planning and design, evaluation can be considered a relevant tool to build choices, recognize values, interests needs, explore the different aspects that influence decisions. Evaluation process integrate approaches, methods models, able support needs of itself. According Trochim Donnelly (2006), it is possible define planning-evaluation cycle with various phases requested by both planners evaluators. The first phase such cycle, so-called phase, designed in order elaborate set potential actions, programs, or technologies, select best ones implementation. main stages are related (1) formulation problem, issue, concern; (2) broad conceptualization alternatives considered; (3) detailing these their implications; (4) selection preferable one; (5) implementation selected alternative. These inherent planning, but they need work, useful detailing, assessing making choice one. also involves sequence includes: major goals objectives; operationalization components (program, participants, setting, criteria, measures, etc.); design evaluation, how will coordinated; analysis information, qualitative quantitative; utilization results. Indeed, intrinsic all types decisionmaking take meanings roles within processes, especially if spatial (Alexander, 2006). ”Evaluation planning” ”evaluation seems better interpret concept proposed Lichfield (1996) where binomial name makes explicit close interaction reciprocal framing planning: conceived as deeply embedded affecting evolving (Cerreta, 2010). evolution reflects relationship way which interact diversity multiplicity domains values. To identify an analytic evaluative structure purposes multidimensional values means
