摘要: Tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA) levels in plasma or serum were studied 416 patients with liver diseases: acute hepatitis (AH, n=30); fulminant (FH, n=36); chronic inactive (CIH, n=57); active (CAH, n=39); compensated cirrhosis (cLC, n=78); decompensated (dLC, n=84); hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC, n=64); advanced (aHCC, n=28); and compared that of a control group (n=106) healthy subjects. The t-PA showed significant increase AH, FH, CAH, cLC, dLC HCC, normal controls. abnormal rates (higher than 8.3 ng/ml) for each type diseases 86.1% 46.2% 50% 85.7% dLC, 67.2% 89.3% aHCC. tended to be higher more diseases. significantly correlated positively inhibitor (PAI-1) HCC aHCC, negatively plasmin arplasmin complex (PIC), (Pig), FDP, AT III α2-plasmin (α2-PI) prothrombin time (PT) fibrinogen (Fbg) HCC. CAH those CIH respectively. Moreover, the changes clinical courses various revealed increased sensitively progression These results suggest has potential use judge prognosis is sensitive marker severe from tjie standpoint coagulofibrinolysis, especially relation PAI-I.
