摘要: Among human senses, smell is probably the most elusive, and our knowledge about odor-related phenomena accordingly incomplete. Any progress at scientific level towards a better understanding of what makes something odorous or, technical level, to know why for instance perfume performs in one rather than other application directly connected with availability precise odor-measuring methods. Whether such methods exist, how they work kind information supply, will be subject this chapter.
