摘要: The renal tubular secretion of N9-methylnivotinamide (NMN) by chickens was confirmed unilateral infusion NMN into the portal system and calculations apparent extraction fractions. When infused systemically, wing vein, administration 40 to 80 µg/minute ouahain circulation resulted in an ipsilateral decrease excretion p -amino-hippuric acid (PAH) accompanied increased Na + Cl - . Since depression more pronounced than that PAH, inulin virtually unchanged, it concluded ouabain reduced NMN. Potassium reversed inhibitory effects on transport. data strongly suggest (and presumably other bases) is dependent upon energy adenosine triphosphate.
