摘要: The oxidative dehydrogenation of ethane in the presence and absence tetrachloromethane (TCM) has been investigated on La2O3, Sm2O3,Pr6O11 CeO2 at 773 973 K. Although introduction TCM into feedstream produced no significant changes with Sm2O3 Pr6O11 K, conversion selectivity to ethylene were distinctly enhanced by addition chlorinated additive. At all rare earth oxides studied selectivities CH4 increased while those CO2 decreased, latter particularly significantly, suggesting that further oxidation CO and/ or is suppressed XPS measurements provide evidence for Cl surface CeO2, apparently forming CeOCl which responsible enhancement observed reactions catalyzed CeO2.
