摘要: SUMMARY Metallothioneins (MTs), a set of ubiquitous low-molecular-weight proteins, were detected immunohistochemically using monoclonal antibody (E9) against conserved epitope I and II isoforms in serie 19 feline mammary tumours. In semi-quantitative analysis, unequivocal MT expression the tumour cells was observed 2/3 cases benign 8/16 malignant neoplasms. The mean immunoreactive score higher neoplasms compared to malign But, differently expressed according type demonstrated 80% ductular carcinomas, whereas its occurrence gland adenocarcinomas only 36%. It is concluded that associated with tumours carcinomas.
