摘要: Birds (Class Aves) are already an important source of food in most parts the world. Only a few species have been successfully domesticated but many others harvested from wild. There is potential for greater use birds as source. Existing species, especially galliforms, need to be better utilized. Certain ‘new’ could brought into domestication. The efficiency and sustainability harvesting methods free-living might improved new should considered. These measures compatible with conservation wild their habitats, careful planning surveillance essential prerequisites.
