摘要: Nanotechnology has been actively employed for applications in neuroscience, particularly passive drug delivery through brain-blood barrier treatment of neurological disorders. Recent progresses have made using nanoparticles to sense neural activities, including electrical spikes and nano-scale synaptic events. Nanoparticle-mediated gene transfer also shown successfully transfect neuronal cells non-viral plamid DNAs. This review summarizes some these recent progresses, which will hopefully open windows novel the rapidly developing neuroscience field. © Global Scientific Publishers 2012
