摘要: Silicification at neutral pH and under ambient conditions in vitro is of great interest due to its relationship with silicification vivo as well for the benign process. As it important know exact group(s) or a particular site macromolecules that are responsible these vivo, poly-L-lysine (PLL) was chosen this investigation vitro. Here we report use tetramethoxysilane (TMOS) silica precursor utilization conditions. We describe (1) PLL precipitate silica, (2) effect mixing poly(allylamine hydrochloride) (PAH) control morphologies product, (3) formation novel morphologies.
