摘要: Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to provide a methodology industry and academia on how reengineer the order fulfillment process (OFP) by capitalizing integration coordination across entire supply chain sustain management.Design/methodology/approach A case study at semiconductor equipment manufacturer in Singapore undertaken.Findings This confirms that traditional OFPs present companies challenge satisfy demanding customer requirements while achieving performance optimization each partner; it imperative stay competitive.
