摘要: Abstract Metallic glasses are metallic materials, which exhibit an amorphous structure. These mostly three or more component alloys, and some of them magnetic metals. Materials this kind characterized by high electrical resistivity at the same time very good properties (e.g. low-magnetization loss). The above mentioned useful in engineering industry material is popular as a substance for high-efficiency devices production. This area still evolving, thus even higher efficiency apparatus based on expected. A raw must be carefully investigated before main production process started. Presented work contains results complementary examination metal Metglas 2605. Studies involve two ways to obtain clean oxidized surface with reactivity, namely degreasing followed annealing plasma treatment. parameters were examined means several techniques: free energy (SFE) measurements sessile drop method, X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Diffraction (XRD), both ex situ Raman spectroscopy. Additionally, influence wetting optimized systematic way Design Experiments (DOE) method. wide range used methods allow fully investigate during preliminary preparation surface. Obtained provide information about appropriate that should applied order highly reactive functional oxide layer it.
