摘要: Cells translate mechanical forces in the environment into biochemical signals a process called mechanotransduction. In this way, direct cell behavior, including motility, proliferation, and differentiation, become important physiological processes such as development wound healing. Abnormalities mechanotransduction can lead to aberrant behavior disease, cancer. Changes extracellular or defects mechanosensors result misregulation of signaling pathways inside cell, ultimately malignancy.
