摘要: Abstract In this paper, laser GMA hybrid welding of thin ultra-high-strength steel sheets (22MnB5) is investigated. A single-mode beam oscillating transversal to the direction used in order minimize heat input during process. The have a thickness 1.5mm each and are fixed overlap configuration. gap between was 0.8mm experiments simulate typical width industrial manufacturing processes. It shown that stable weld seam has been achieved for case speed 6m/min. bridging ability caused by interaction arc process produces deeper penetration bottom sheet. Thus, stabilized beam.
