摘要: Genetic variations have been associated with a predisposition to common diseases and individual in drug responses. Identification genotyping vast number of genetic polymorphisms large populations are increasingly important for disease gene identification pharmacogenetics. Commonly used gel electrophoresis-based methods known include polymerase chain reaction (PCR) coupled restriction fragment-length polymorphism analysis, allele-specific amplification, oligonucleotide ligation assay. Fluorescent dye-based DNA fragmentation has extensively high-throughput microsatellite or short tandem-repeat genotyping. TaqMan®1 molecular beacon commonly homogeneous solution hybridization technologies. Because the ease experimental assay design, single nucleotide (SNP) based on single-base extension rapid development, such as fluorescence homogenous assays, pyrosequencing mass spectrometry. Non-PCR assays Invader™ promised genotype directly from genomic without requirement PCR amplification. The microarray is solid phase format that rapidly developing parallel SNPs simultaneously. Advanced technologies identify rapidly, accurately, cost effectively will fundamentally change practice medicine by allowing physicians prescribe patient’s make-up.
