Climate change, responsible leadership and organizational commitment: An experience from Egypt

摘要: The purpose of this paper is to focus on physicians in the four public hospitals located October province Egypt an attempt explore effect climate change physicians’ affective, continuance and normative commitment with without mediating role responsible leadership.,A total 360 were contacted all them received a set questionnaires. After two follow-ups, 240 responses collected response rate 66.67 percent. Multiple regressions employed show how much variation can be explained by mediation leadership.,The findings statistically negative for three approaches organizational (affective, normative). Furthermore, statistical analysis proved that having leaders has negligible relationship between commitment.,This contributes filling gap environment organization literature, which empirical studies have been limited until now.
