摘要: Abstract Introduction The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether diagnostic performance breast magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for detection multifocality and multicentricity (MFMC) cancer (BC) can be influenced by different histotypes or immunophenotypes in newly diagnosed patients with cancer. Materials Methods In institutional review board-approved retrospective study, 289 who underwent both preoperative MRI radical modified mastectomy our institution because primary BCs were selected. Patients stratified based on the pathologic report 2 main 5 immunophenotypes. By matching radiologic corresponding each patient, MFMC obtained histotype immunophenotype subsequently compared. Results Overall sensitivity 88.1%, specificity 80.0%, positive predictive value 82.1%, negative 85.8%, accuracy 83.7%, area under curve 0.835. Breast triple-negative BC 84.6% (P = .88), 70.8% .63), 61.1% .02), 89.5% .20), 75.7% .65), 0.777 (P = .87). Conclusion Performance are not histotypes, accordance published literature. Conversely, demonstrated lower performance, statistically significant only MFMC.
