摘要: Abstract Under controlled laboratory conditions, toxicity data tend to be less variable than in more realistic in-field studies and responses may thus differ from those the natural environment, creating uncertainty. The validation of under environmental conditions is therefore a major asset risk assessment chemicals. present study aimed validate mode action commercial fungicide formulation soil invertebrate F. candida, exposure scenarios (in-field bioassay), by targeting specific molecular biomarkers retrieved experiments. Organisms were exposed cores minimally field for 4 days chlorothalonil dosage causing 75% reduction reproduction previous experiment (127 mg a.i. kg−1) half this concentration (60 mg kg−1). After exposure, organisms RNA was extracted each pool organisms. According laboratorial omics results with same formulation, ten genes selected gene expression analysis qRT-PCR, corresponding key affected biological pathways including glutathione metabolism, oxidation-reduction, body morphogenesis, reproduction. Six these presented dose-response trend higher up- or down-regulation increasing pesticide concentrations. Highly significant correlations between their patterns experiments observed. This work shows that effects toxicants can clearly demonstrated using validated biomarkers. Our outlines set used assess early pesticides agricultural scenario.
