摘要: Three carbonate core samples from an oil and gas reservoir of the NW German basin were chosen to study correlation between rock fabrics physical properties rocks. Detailed fabric analyses texture investigations carried out as well laboratory measurements different properties, e.g. density, porosity, permeability, electrical conductivity, seismic compressional shear wave velocities. Although three come a similar depositional facies, they show great differences in occurrence three-dimensional distribution elements. These heterogeneities are result various diagenetic tectonic processes. For four main types have be considered: (a) major constituents, fossils, ooides, peloides crystals; (b) pore space with types; (c) fractures; (d) stylolites. The results clearly that values anisotropies petrophysical fairly related observed elements, their arrangements, spatial distributions preferred orientations. also provide fundamental understanding responses, such seismics, geological features (e.g. fractures) dynamic changes pressure, which can converted depths. knowledge gained correlations may lead improved interpretation geophysical data for hydrocarbon exploration production therefore advanced characterization.
