摘要: This article describes the influence of bovine serum albumin (BSA) as an additive on capillary electrophoresis–potential gradient determination five quinolones, enoxacin, norfloxacin, ofloxacin, fleroxacin, and pazufloxacin. With 10 mg/L BSA present in buffer 30 mM Tris 3 phosphoric acid at pH 9, detection limits quinolones were range 0.24–0.68 mg/L, i. e. 5.8–16.5-fold lower than those obtained with devoid BSA, analysis time was shortened. We suggest that inner wall-adsorbed suppresses adsorption simultaneously enhances electroosmotic flow rate. Our experiments indicated adopting potential technique could eliminate interference UV-active proteins would occur conventional optical detection, therefore offer high sensitivity. As a demonstration, method applied to QNs fortified chicken muscle sample satisfactory results.
