Dynorphin: potent analgesic effect in spinal cord of the rat.

摘要: Abstract Evidence is presented to show a strong and long-lasting analgesic effect after injection of dynorphin into the subarachnoid space spinal cord rat. Calculating on molar basis was 6–10 times more potent than morphine 65–100 morphiceptin, specific mu receptor agonist. Dynorphin analgesia completely reversed by intrathecal anti-dynorphin IgG partially naloxone. Acute tolerance did not affect occurence analgesia. from different lines approach suggest that may bind with kappa receptors in exert its effect.
