摘要: Within the apicultural products, honey bee-pollen is growing in commercial interest due to its high nutritional properties. For first time, samples from Tuscany (Italy) were studied evaluate botanical origin, phytochemical composition and antioxidant activity. The investigated pollen loads composed of three families: Castanea, Rubus Cistus. highest levels proteins lipids detected pollen. Castanea contained greater polyphenols, flavonoids anthocyanins content, while flavonols level was Cistus These results also confirmed by front-face fluorescence spectroscopy, used here, for as a fast tool characterize bee-pollens.
