摘要: Background and Aim: The causal relationship between Helicobacter pylori infection recurrent abdominal pain in children is still under debate. This study assessed the H. (RAP) preschool school children. Methods: A total of 1271 completed a questionnaire to define RAP or short-term (SRAP) with duration from 2 weeks 3 months. serum samples 118 RAP, 60 SRAP 212 control without were all tested for anti-H. IgG. Children seropositivity followed 1 year assess pain. Results: prevalence rates 9.8% (124/1271) 5.5% (70/1271), respectively. had higher seropositive rate than those (25%vs 5%, P < 0.001) 9%, P = 0.001). Among SRAP, epigastric was related (P = 0.002). One year later, 71% (15/21) follow-up (15 six RAP) became symptom free regardless persistence pylori. Conclusion:H. more commonly found presentation these cases can be considered as warning alarm screen infection.
