摘要: The graft-vs.-host reaction (GVHR) occurs when immunologically competent cells are transfused or transplanted from one individual into another who is unable to react against foreign cells. Under experimental conditions, GVHR can be induced transferred a recipient unresponsive because of immunological immaturity (e.g., newborn mice) immunosuppressive therapy following total-body irradiation), because, in certain genetically defined situations, the recognize genetic differences between self and donor (Simonsen, 1962; Billingham, 1966; Elkins, 1971; Grebe Streilein, 1976). This an F1 hybrid mouse grafted with marrow spleen either parent (i.e., P → graft). transplant parent, however, stimulated by expressed tissues recipient, aggressor vs. host results (Fig. 1). Several clinical situations exist wherein transfusion deficient cause GVHR. Patients primary secondary immune deficiency susceptible potential GVHR-inducing activity lymphocytes present blood bone marrow.
