摘要: Hodgkin-Huxley (HH) equation is the first cell computing model in world and pioneered use of to study electrophysiological problems. The consists four differential equations which are based on experimental data ion channels. Maximal conductance an important characteristic different In this study, mathematical method used investigate importance maximal sodium potassium . Applying stability theory, taking as variables, we analyze bifurcations model. Bifurcations found when variables change, bifurcation points boundary also calculated. There only one point variable, while there two variable. (, ) plane partitioned into regions upper similar a line both variables. Numerical simulations illustrate validity analysis. results obtained could be helpful studying relevant diseases caused by anomaly.
