摘要: Cytomegalovirus (CMV) is one of the most common causes congenital infections in developed countries with reported incidences varying between 0.15% and 2.0%. The effects CMV infection may vary from a syndrome to an asymptomatic course. Infants that are at birth still present handicaps later age. It generally accepted symptoms congenitally infected children more severe after primary than recurrent infection. In this article, we two case reports which demonstrate outcome maternal be severe. first case, early pregnancy serology showed positive IgG IgM, but negative IgA, whereas time diagnosed fetal death, 5 weeks later, there was only IgG. second IgM IgA both delivery. Since cases isolated several organs, these findings compatible rather patients, death necrotising enterocolitis occurred infection, mothers having pre-existing immunity CMV. conclusion, review literature emphasise should considered loss
