摘要: Abstract In this paper, we report the fabrication of silicon microtubes (SMT) by electrochemical dissolution macroporous layers immersed into aqueous solution NH4F mixed with Na2SO4, at different pH levels (4.5–9.5). Well-defined SMT have been obtained 6.5, 7.5 and 9.5, whereas for other levels, surface porous structure becomes passivated or formation needle-like occurs.
