摘要: We have cloned an extracellular α-glucosidase gene from Aspergillus niger with oligonucleotide probes synthesized on the basis of determined peptide sequences. The nucleotide sequence revealed open reading frame 985 amino acids split three introns, and deduced acid was nearly identical to that previously determined. introduced into nidulans, its expression in transformants shown be regulated by carbon sources medium, suggesting a common regulatory system is shared these two species as case other starch-degrading enzymes species.
