摘要: Effects of marine aluminum (Al) on phytoplankton are controversial, making it important to elucidate the mechanisms underlying Al effects. This study was aimed at identifying effects growth, chlorophyll a (chl a) content and antioxidant mechanism cyanobacteria Synechococcus sp. WH7803. The growth rate increased from 0.33 0.52 d(-1) in media with increasing concentration 0.2 (control) 20 mu mol l(-1) almost saturated 0.44 similar 0.5 l(-1). higher resulted biomass both stationary decay phases conditions content. Chl per cell reached 10.19 g cell(-1) exponential phase l(-1), approximately 1.6 3.1 times than those phases, respectively, chl showed pattern as when plotted addition cellular methane dicarboxylic aldehyde (MDA) decreased superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity phase. In particular, our results indicated positive relationship between rate, suggesting stimulation is related enhancement
