摘要: Nonylphenol (NP) is regarded as a kind of persistent organic pollutant which exists ubiquitously in the environment. The objective this study was to evaluate effects NP on Chlorella vulgaris physiological indices and gene transcription. results showed that stress inhibited algal growth short-term bioassay. also decreased chlorophyll content, including chl a, b, total chlorophyll. caused oxidant hurt by overproducing reactive oxygen species (ROS), might destroy overall membrane system cause malondialdehyde content increase. photosynthesis-related transcription C. after 24 48 h exposure. lowest transcript levels psaB, psbA, rbcL only 18.5%, 7%, 4% control, respectively. Taken together, our demonstrate toxic fresh algae affecting genes ROS disrupt cell structure short period.
