摘要: In patients with ulcerative colitis, alexithymia and related traits were studied using the Karolinska Psychodynamic Profile (KAPP), a recently constructed psychodynamic assessment instrument, other measures of (the Schalling-Sifneos Personality Scale (SSPS) Beth Israel Questionnaire (BIQ)), personality Scales (KSP). The results these analyzed for correlation. prevalence mental disorder as defined by DSM-III was not above normal, KSP T-scores within normal limits. As rated KAPP, uncorrelated age or level education, but inversely correlated proximity to major life event (abdominal surgery), suggesting that may have defensive function. Cluster analysis, Regression in service ego (R), Alexithymia (A) Normopathy (N) clustering variables, yielded 3 groups: multidisturbed (problems R, A N) inhibited R N). SSPS failed distinguish between groups, BIQ any groups. group, correlations found detachment disturbances interpersonal relations. suggest object relations are importance alexithymia.
