摘要: The first step in investigation of thorium fuel is evaluation the results obtained from spectral code for this type fuel. benchmark summarized by IAEA 2003 was used partial validation HELIOS 1.9. focused on a comparison methods and basic nuclear data. Acceptable allowed examining comparing different advanced cycles under light water reactor conditions, especially VVER-440. Cycles, calculations VVER-440 reactors are presented paper. Two investigated based fuels include one solely plutonium–thorium fuel, while other with content reprocessed uranium. third examined cycle an inert-matrix consisting plutonium minor actinides (MA) fixed yttria-stabilized zirconium matrix. All them to carry burn or transmute created classical UOX cycle. Pu transmutation rate cumulating MA spent were compared mutually open proven be best minimizing production reactors.
