摘要: Background The frequency and production of β-lactamase enzymes may be different in colistin-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa (CRPA) strains compared to susceptible strains. purpose this study was investigate the relationship between colistin resistance Sequence Types (ST) P. aeruginosa. Methods A total 101 isolates were collected from samples. antimicrobial susceptibilities bacterial examined by disk diffusion MIC E-test methods. Also, real-time PCR high-resolution melting curve analysis (HRMA) assay performed detect genes. Results Out isolates, four (3.96%) resistant colistin. 39 (38.61%) considered as MDR, eight (7.92%) XDR. Further, 25 (24.75%) 26 (25.74%) produced ESBL carbapenemase enzymes, respectively. According HRMA results, positive for pmrA, three (2.97%) mcr-1, blaTEM, 24 (23.76%) blaSHV, (25.75%) blaKPC, 23 (22.77%) blaIMP Furthermore, ST108 ST250 showed highest distribution isolates. ST217, ST1078, ST3340 reported novel types CRPA Conclusion Concerns about prevalence should taken seriously. our results that mcr-1 gene plays a vital role KPC-producing
