摘要: EARLY RESPONSIVE TO DEHYDRATION 15 (ERD15) is rapidly induced in response to various abiotic and biotic stress stimuli Arabidopsis (Arabidopsis thaliana). Modulation of ERD15 levels by overexpression or RNAi silencing altered the responsiveness transgenic plants phytohormone abscisic acid (ABA). Overexpression reduced ABA sensitivity manifested decreased drought tolerance impaired ability increase their freezing this hormone. In contrast, resulted that were hypersensitive showed improved both freezing, as well seed germination presence ABA. The modulation not only affected but also disease resistance: resistance bacterial necrotroph Erwinia carotovora subsp. accompanied with enhanced induction marker genes for systemic acquired resistance. We propose a novel mediator stress-related signaling Arabidopsis.
