摘要: In an individualistic society and in the increasingly competitive business environment people do not seem inclined ‘to forgive others their trespasses’. One is more likely to choose ignore virtue of forgiveness as a way handling personnel situations involving intense conflict or mild disagreements, favoring instead negative feelings resentment, anger, revenge retaliation. Business less concerned with growth character; interestingly they allow character ultimately work relationships deteriorate because hold onto anger resentment. Is there place for our interpersonal general corporate life particular? I believe is. A study shows that it misunderstood virtue, but one deserves attention. this article will examine forgiveness, defining what not, illustrate how might be situated essential human resource management strategy.
