摘要: Abstract Municipalities face considerable challenges implementing source water protection strategies, a key component of Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM). In Quebec (Canada), these have further increased with the implementation new regulation concerning withdrawals and that requires mandatory watershed-scale management.
