摘要: Abstract Froth flotation is an important process to recover iron values from slimes, ore fines meet the rapidly growing demand of quality concentrate for environmental and economic advantages. In present study, responses −75 µm were analysed at different variable parameters. The D-optimal design response surface methodology was adopted evaluate effect reagents such as collector, frother, depressant, dispersant pH on recovery grade. RSM-D optimal predicted with coefficient determination (R2) 0.97 0.98 grade collected tailing launder. conditions collector = 0.21 kg/ton, frother = 0.10 kg/ton, depressant = 0.61 kg/ton, disperssant = 0.20 kg/ton, pH = 11 64.13% Fe 84.37% respectively a model desirability 84.3%. Flotation performance optimized by carrying out statistical experiments identify main international effects maximum This study showed that RSM-D-optimal could efficiently be applied modeling reverse it very economical obtain amount information in less interval time few numbers experiments. Successful upgradation low-grade through route proposed reagent regimes envisaged.
