摘要: Abstract In this contribution an effect of dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) sustained in air at atmospheric pressure on surface properties poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) foils is studied. It found that exposure PET to DBD plasma leads rapid changes chemical composition, wettability, morphology as well mechanical surface. addition, based biological tests were performed using two cell types (Saos-2 human osteoblast-like cells and HUVEC umbilical vein endothelial cells), it may be concluded treatment positively influences growth PET. This was connected predominantly with increased energy oxygen content the treated foils.
