摘要: The band structure of graphene exhibits van Hove singularities (VHSs) at dopings $x=\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}1/8$ away from the Dirac point. Near VHS, interactions effects, enhanced due to large density states, can give rise various many-body phases. We study competition between instabilities in using functional renormalization group. predict a rich phase diagram, which, depending on as well range and scale Coulomb interactions, contains $d+id$-wave superconducting (SC) phase, or spin-density-wave VHS. $d+id$ state is expected exhibit quantized charge spin Hall response, Majorana modes bound vortices. Nearby we find singlet triplet $f$-wave SC
