摘要: SUPERANTIGENS are proteins that in association with class II major histocompatibility complex (MHC)-bearing cells can stimulate vir-tually all T express particular classes of the variable β-domains T-cell receptor (TCR)1. This mechanism activation circumvents usual requirement for peptide-specific MHC recognition. Staphylococcus aureus enter otoxin B (SEB) is a bacterial superantigen causes food poisoning and shock2–5. We have characterized tertiary SEB, soluble receptor, molecule DR1, three binary complexes TCR–SEB, SEB–DR1, DR1–TCR. report here each case specificity interaction among molecules same as observed biological assays. Native gel electrophoresis plasmon resonance affinity measurements indicate SEB–TCR form absence increases binding DR1. The observation TCR both presence may provide its ability to induce anergy some circumstances others6,7 (reviewed ref. 8).
