摘要: AIM To study the effect on induction of allograft immune tolerance by IL-10 and methylprednisolone (Medron) modified dendritic cells(DC) donor in murine allogenetic skin transplantation model. METHODS The recipient BALB/c mice were divided into 11 groups.Except group A, each had been injected with corresponding DC through vena caudalis, transplanted full-thickness back to from C57BL/6 three days later. Corresponding doses were: A: NS, blank control; B: non-modified DC; C1: 10 microg/L group; C2: 30 D1: mg/L Medron D2: 20 E1-E4: IL-10+10 group, IL-10+20 group. F was between two mice. Skin performed survival time allografts observed. RESULTS Among all groups, graft E3 group(30 Medron) survived for longest time. Statistical analysis showed that there interaction (P<0.05). CONCLUSION pretreatment treated can prolong after induce successfully.
