摘要: The development of Diglyphus isaea (Walker), a parasitoid leafminers, was studied under laboratory conditions at seven constant temperatures (10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40°C) on Liriomyza sativae Blanchard reared cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.). total period (oviposition to adult emergence) decreased with increasing temperature between 15 35°C. In 10 40°C no rate found in D. isaea, so that it may be claimed these fall outside the range for development. Linear regression used describe relationship temperature. For egg development, males required 153.8 degree-days (DD) above theoretical threshold 9.2°C females 161.3 DD 9.4°C. Data were fitted four nonlinear temperature-dependent models. Evaluation models took place based following criteria: fit data, number biological value coefficient, accuracy estimation thresholds. It could concluded Briere-1 Briere-2 are suitable estimating minimum, maximum optimal thresholds isaea. Thermal requirements can predict occurrence, generations population dynamics
